Terms & Conditions for HTT77

Section 01

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and HTT77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at htt77.cam. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with the Platform, including account registration, deposit and withdrawal of funds, participation in betting and casino activities, and use of any promotional or loyalty features.

By accessing htt77 — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users globally, including users accessing the Platform from Pakistan. HTT77 does not represent that online gambling is legal in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for determining and complying with the laws of their own country, province or territory before registering or wagering.

Account Eligibility

To register an account on htt77 and participate in any wagering activity, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of or as agent for any third party. Each account must represent a single individual for their own personal use only.
• You must not have been previously excluded or have had an account closed by htt77 or any associated platform for violations of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a person suffering from a gambling disorder who has voluntarily or mandatorily self-excluded from gambling activity.
• You must register with accurate, current and complete personal information. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Section 04

Registration & Account Management

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account on htt77. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, payment method, device or IP address — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Platform reserves the right to close all related accounts and void any pending or settled wagers or bonus credits associated with them.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify htt77 of any suspected unauthorised access. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication, which is available in your account security settings.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

HTT77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, upon first withdrawal request or where suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport or driver's licence, along with proof of residential address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed subject to resolution of any outstanding wager settlements. Funds remaining in your account balance at the time of closure (net of any bonus amounts subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with Section 7.

Section 05

Terms of Use

Access to and use of the htt77 Platform is granted on the condition that you agree to the following terms of acceptable use:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes.
• You will not attempt to circumvent Platform security measures, tamper with game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities or engage in any form of fraud or collusion.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not explicitly permitted.
• You will not use the Platform for money laundering, structuring of transactions or any other activity that violates applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations.
• You will not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from htt77.
• You accept that the Platform's random-number generation systems and live-dealer mechanics are operated by licensed third-party technology suppliers and that htt77 does not manipulate outcomes.

Section 06

Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

HTT77 provides access to a range of deposit options familiar to Pakistani users. The payment method names listed below are referenced for user convenience only — they do not constitute an endorsement of this Platform by any payment provider, nor do any of these providers operate, affiliate with or accept liability for htt77:

• Mobile wallet references: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast
• Banking references: HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah
• Cryptocurrency: BTC (Bitcoin), USDT (Tether)

Available deposit methods are subject to change without notice. Users must verify currently available options within the cashier section of their account at the time of deposit. HTT77 accepts no liability for failed transactions caused by third-party payment processors or network issues.

6.2 Deposit Minimums & Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the Platform and displayed within the cashier interface. These limits may vary by deposit method and may be amended at the Platform's discretion. Where PKR deposit amounts are displayed, they are subject to applicable exchange-rate conversions where the Platform's base currency differs.

6.3 Deposit Currency

All account balances and bet slip amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of Pakistani users. The Platform reserves the right to maintain underlying account balances in an alternative base currency and to apply conversion rates as disclosed in the cashier section.

6.4 Third-Party Payments

Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits made on behalf of another person or from accounts in a third party's name are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

Section 07

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your account, subject to the Platform's Anti-Money-Laundering procedures.
• Any active Bonus balance subject to unmet wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of request.
• Processing times vary by method. The Platform will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe disclosed in the cashier section, but cannot guarantee third-party processing timelines.
• The Platform reserves the right to impose enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds, which may extend processing times.

Section 08

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free-spin allocations and loyalty rewards offered by htt77 are subject to wagering requirements and conditions that will be specified for each individual promotion at the time of offering. Users should read all associated promotion-specific terms before accepting any bonus.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before they or any winnings derived from them are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses) and time limits are detailed in individual promotion terms. Wagering on games with high RTP may be restricted or weighted differently as disclosed in promotion terms.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

HTT77 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent; exploitation of welcome or reload bonuses through multiple accounts; and systematic wagering on excluded or low-contribution games. Where abuse is identified, the Platform reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings and close the relevant account.

8.4 Welcome Bonus

Welcome bonuses are available to new registered users on their first qualifying deposit, subject to minimum deposit requirements and eligibility criteria. Welcome bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device and payment method. The Platform reserves the right to withdraw or modify welcome bonus offerings without prior notice.

8.5 Loyalty Programme

HTT77 operates a tiered loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold). Points accrual rates, tier upgrade thresholds, cashback percentages, birthday credits and other tier-specific benefits are published in the Platform's loyalty programme terms. These terms are subject to change at the Platform's discretion with reasonable notice to active participants.

Section 09

Wagering Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the Platform:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. Once you click to confirm a bet, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the Platform expressly offers a "cash-out" feature on that specific market.
• In the event of a sports event being postponed, abandoned or cancelled, wagers will be settled in accordance with the Platform's sport-specific rules, which are accessible in the Help Center.
• Obvious pricing errors (where odds are materially and demonstrably incorrect due to technical or human error) may be voided at the Platform's discretion even after a wager is placed.
• For live/in-play markets, internet latency may result in a delay between placing a wager and confirmation. If an event concludes before the wager is confirmed, the wager will be void.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance following settlement of the event. Settlement timescales are outlined in sport-specific rules within the Help Center.
• The Platform does not guarantee the availability of any specific betting market. Markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice.

Section 10

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the htt77 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen, counterfeit or unauthorised payment methods; submission of falsified identity documents.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live-dealer games or any other multi-player format.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer or integrate funds derived from illegal activities. HTT77 applies AML procedures and will report suspicious transactions to applicable authorities.
• Software exploitation: Use of bots, macros, hacking tools or any automated software to interact with Platform games or betting markets.
• Underage access: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if under the minimum eligibility age.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies or bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with good-faith wagering.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment chargebacks with your bank or payment provider after funds have been wagered or withdrawn.

Section 11

Responsible Gambling

HTT77 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a suite of self-management tools accessible within your account dashboard to help you maintain control:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Receive reminders or automatic logout after a set period of play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are not reversible for the duration set at the time of request.

Section 12

Intellectual Property

All content on the htt77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game content licensed from third-party studios, sports data feeds and promotional materials — is the property of htt77 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from htt77.

Section 13

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, htt77 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and technology suppliers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform, which are a natural consequence of wagering activity and not a recoverable loss.
• Technical failures, interruptions, server downtime or data loss caused by circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control, including internet outages, acts of God or third-party service failures.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your own negligence.
• Consequences arising from your failure to comply with applicable local laws regarding online gambling.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Section 14

Termination

HTT77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The User has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The Platform is required to do so by applicable law, regulation or court order.
• The User's activity poses a risk of regulatory, legal, reputational or financial harm to the Platform.
• The User's account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in the Platform's dormancy policy.

Upon termination for cause, the Platform may withhold any funds pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause (e.g., Platform exit from a market), outstanding real-money balances (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be processed for return to the User within a reasonable timeframe.

Section 15

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which htt77 holds its applicable operating licence. Where disputes arise, the parties agree to attempt resolution through the Platform's internal complaints procedure in the first instance, accessible via the Help Center or by writing to the support email address.

Where internal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable timeframe, disputes may be escalated to applicable dispute-resolution bodies as set out in the Platform's licence conditions. HTT77 does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts or regulatory bodies and makes no representation that its services are authorised under Pakistani law.

Section 16

Amendments to These Terms

HTT77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.
