Safe & Responsible Play
Responsible Gambling
at HTT77
Gambling should always be entertainment — something you do because it's enjoyable, not because you need to. HTT77 is committed to giving Pakistani players the tools, information and support they need to stay in control at every step. This page covers everything from understanding the risks to activating self-exclusion.
Our Commitment
Gambling Is Entertainment.
Not a Financial Solution.
At HTT77, responsible gambling is not a legal footnote — it is a core part of how the platform is designed. Whether you are following a PSL T20 match from Karachi or playing live Baccarat at midnight in Lahore, the same principle holds: you should always be in control of your spending, your time and your decisions.
Problem gambling does not discriminate. It can affect anyone — from first-time players to experienced bettors. The transition from recreational gambling to problem behaviour can be gradual and difficult to notice from the inside. That is why htt77 provides a range of built-in self-management tools that are accessible at any time, without requiring you to call anyone or wait for approval.
Pakistan has its own legal context when it comes to gambling, including restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. HTT77 does not claim government endorsement or legal authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, PTA or any provincial authority. Users are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with applicable local laws. Beyond legality, however, our responsible-gambling commitment is unconditional: we want every player using htt77 to be able to stop if they want to, and to know how to get help if they need it.
Responsible gambling at htt77 covers four areas: age restriction and verification, player self-management tools, recognition of warning signs, and access to external support. Each is described in full on this page.

Age Restriction
Strictly 18+ Adults Only
Access to HTT77 is restricted to adults aged 18 years or over, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable license jurisdiction, whichever applies. This is a non-negotiable requirement — not simply a guideline.
We use KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification to confirm the age of every user before they can make withdrawals. Registration requires date-of-birth submission, and we reserve the right to request supporting documentation — such as a CNIC, passport or driver's licence — at any stage. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will have withdrawal access suspended until verification is provided.
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a minor in your household has accessed or registered on HTT77, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action without delay.
Mandatory Age Checks
KYC verification required before withdrawals. Underage accounts closed immediately.
Document Verification
CNIC, passport or driver's licence accepted. Liveness check available where required.
Parental Controls
If you share a device, use your operating system's parental controls to restrict access to gambling sites.
Report Underage Access
Contact support via Live Chat or email immediately if you suspect a minor has accessed the platform.
Account Tools
Your Self-Management Toolkit
All of the following tools are accessible from your HTT77 account dashboard at any time — no waiting period, no support ticket required to activate.
Deposit Limits
Set a maximum amount you can deposit into your HTT77 account per day, per week or per month — in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Once set, limits take effect immediately. Reducing a limit is instant; increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period to take effect, giving you time to reconsider.
Loss Limits
Cap how much you can lose within a defined rolling period. When you reach your set loss threshold, further wagering is blocked until the period resets. This is one of the most effective tools for preventing losses that spiral beyond your comfort level — particularly during extended sports sessions like ICC tournaments or PSL playoffs.
Session Time Limits
Set a maximum duration for each play session. When your session timer expires, you will receive a notification and the option to log out. Losing track of time is one of the most common early signs of problematic gambling behaviour — a session limit prevents it from happening silently.
Cooling-Off Periods
If you need a short break without committing to full self-exclusion, a cooling-off period temporarily suspends your account for a defined duration — 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks or up to 6 weeks. During this period you cannot deposit, wager or access the gaming sections of the Platform. Cooling-off activates immediately and cannot be reversed early.
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a permanent or long-term suspension of your account. Available durations start from 6 months and can extend indefinitely. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for the duration you selected — this is intentional. During a self-exclusion period, any future promotional communications from htt77 will also be suppressed.
Reality Check Reminders
Enable periodic on-screen reminders that show you how long you have been playing and your net win/loss for the session. These appear as non-intrusive notifications at intervals you can customise. Reality checks are particularly helpful during long in-play cricket or live-casino sessions where time can pass unnoticed.

Recognising the Warning Signs
Problem gambling often develops gradually. The following signs may indicate that gambling has moved beyond entertainment and is starting to cause harm. If you recognise several of these in yourself, consider using the tools on this page or reaching out for support.
- You think about gambling constantly — planning your next session, replaying past bets, calculating potential winnings.
- You feel restless, irritable or anxious when you try to cut back or stop.
- You are chasing losses — continuing to bet in order to recover money you've already lost.
- You are gambling with money set aside for essentials — rent, bills, family expenses — or borrowing to gamble.
- You hide or minimise the extent of your gambling from family, friends or colleagues.
- Gambling has become a way to cope with stress, loneliness, anxiety or difficult emotions.
- You have made repeated unsuccessful attempts to cut back or stop gambling.
- Gambling is affecting your work performance, sleep quality or personal relationships.
Self-Check
Quick Self-Assessment
Read through these questions honestly. If you answer "yes" to three or more of them, we strongly encourage you to use the responsible-gambling tools on this page or consider speaking with a professional.
Getting Help
Support Resources
If you feel that gambling has become a problem for you or someone close to you, please do not wait. The following types of support are available. Text-only references are included where accurate.
HTT77 Live Support
Our support team is available 24/7 via Live Chat. If you need to activate self-exclusion, set account limits or discuss concerns about your gambling, contact us directly. English support is available at all times; Urdu assistance during scheduled hours. You can also write to [email protected].
Professional Counselling
If gambling is causing serious mental or financial harm, we recommend seeking support from a qualified mental-health professional or counsellor. In Pakistan, psychiatrists and counsellors practising in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and other cities can provide confidential assistance with compulsive behaviour and financial stress. Your GP is a good first point of contact.
Gamblers Anonymous (GA)
Gamblers Anonymous is a peer-support programme following a 12-step recovery model for people with gambling problems. GA meetings are held internationally and online. If you are looking for community-based support without formal clinical involvement, GA is a widely recognised and accessible option for individuals at any stage of recognising a gambling problem.
GamCare
GamCare is a leading international responsible-gambling charity providing information, advice, practical help and free counselling for problem gamblers and their families. They operate an online chat service and information resources that are accessible to users internationally, including in Pakistan.
Support for Families
Problem gambling affects more than the individual gambler. Family members and friends experiencing distress as a result of a loved one's gambling can also seek support through GA family groups (Gam-Anon) and general mental-health counselling services. You do not need to be the gambler yourself to ask for help.
Financial Guidance
If gambling has created financial difficulty, speaking with a financial counsellor can help you create a recovery plan for managing debt and rebuilding savings. Organisations in Pakistan offering financial literacy resources — including State Bank of Pakistan's consumer-finance resources and NGO-run financial guidance programmes — may be accessible in your city.

Tips for Keeping Gambling Fun
Set a Budget Before You Start
Decide how much money you are comfortable spending before you open the Platform — and treat that amount like an entertainment expense, the same as you might budget for a cinema ticket or a meal out. Using HTT77's deposit-limit feature to cap that figure makes it automatic.
Never Chase Losses
Losing runs are a normal part of gambling. Chasing losses — continuing to bet in order to win back what you have lost — is how entertainment becomes a problem. If you have hit your loss limit for the day, log out and do something else.
Take Regular Breaks
Use the session timer reminder feature. Step away from the screen regularly — especially during long in-play cricket matches or late-night live-casino sessions. Decisions made when you're fatigued are rarely your best decisions.
Don't Gamble to Manage Mood
Gambling as a way to deal with stress, loneliness, boredom or anxiety is one of the most common pathways to problem behaviour. If you notice yourself opening the Platform when you are emotionally unsettled, consider whether this is the right time — or whether a break is more appropriate.
Keep It Separate from Finances
Only ever use funds that you have specifically set aside for leisure. Never use your Easypaisa wallet balance, JazzCash account or bank transfers from money you need for essential expenses. Keeping a clear mental boundary between gambling funds and household funds is a key protection habit.
Talk Openly
If gambling is becoming a concern — for you or someone you care about — the most effective first step is often simply talking about it. Whether with a trusted friend, a family member or a support professional, breaking the silence around gambling problems significantly improves outcomes.
Play Smart. Play Safe.
